USH Guest Cancellation Policy

This Guest Cancellation Policy outlines the charges and refunds for Guests when an unconfirmed Match (Homestay Application) or confirmed Match is cancelled by the Guest.  A reservation can be cancelled by emailing [email protected]. USH will use reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute or problem between a Guest and a Host, and USH reserves the right to modify the amounts a Guest is required to pay based on specific circumstances. USH has the final decision on all disputes, problems, charges and refunds, and USH's decision will be binding on the Guest. ** Except merchant fee. Refund amounts will be refunded to Guest, if not used as a credit for another Booking.

** Cancellation fee will apply.

Note: In case the payment was received via wire transfer, the refund amount will be deducted for the Wire Transfer Fee of $65.
